Return Policy


Return Guide:
1.Please contact our customer service with your order number within 3 days after receiving the dress.

2.Please tell the customer service the reason for your return and provide the pictures or video of the product you received.

3.Once our customer service has approved your request, please send the item back to us within 7 days of the date you contact us for return. And provide the return tracking number.

(Please be aware of international shipping costs in advance as we do not cover return freight or taxes and do not have return labels.

4. Please make sure that the products in original condition, unmodified and uncleaned. We are unable to process any returned products without our prior approval. We reserve the right not to accept returns.

Note:
1.We don't accept try-ons, order many pieces and keep only one or return them all.
2.We are unable to refund until receiving the returned item.
3.We will refund your product price. Coupons and courier charges are non-refundable.
4.Custom dresses are made specifically to the measurements you provide (bust, waist, hips, height and hollow to floor). This means that once the garment is made, it cannot be worn by anyone else. Therefore, we are unable to accept any returns on custom-made gowns. Nonetheless, we will discuss with you methods that may help.

Color difference:

We try our best to get the color shown in the photos to be true to the original although color representation can vary per individual computer monitors as the brightness setting on your monitor may affect how the color is shown. The color difference is unable to be 100% avoided, if you worried, you are always welcome to request the fabric sample.
